NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking a Community Nurse to join our Home Care team in Singapore. You will provide high-quality geriatric nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, educating families and coordinating with the health care team to meet clients’ needs.
You must be a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board, hold a degree or diploma in nursing (advanced/ specialist qualification preferred) and have about 3 years’ relevant experience.
