A leading health cooperative in Singapore is looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and manage clients' health needs. Responsibilities include assessing and planning care for geriatric patients, supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. Applicants should possess a nursing degree or diploma, be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, and have a minimum of three years experience. This role requires strong integrity, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
You will be responsible to provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the clients, including educating family members.
You will provide cost-effective care in accordance withthe established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices.
