Role: Community Manager - Influencer Marketing (FTC - 6 months)

Location: Mumbai, India

About the role:

The Community Manager is responsible for owning accountability and leading the day-to-day operations for all Community Management and ad hoc Social requirements. You are responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and communicating it with the Clients and internal teams to ensure the on-time, on-brief delivery of high-quality social and Community Management led projects.

What you will be doing:
  • Have basic knowledge of metrics for Social + Digital + D2C + Influencer activities
  • Provide a social media perspective on campaigns, content themes, and ideas on the brand
  • Develop a localized content calendar specific to the market's products and schedules
  • Oversee approval, scheduling, and posting of content calendar across social platforms while ensuring brand guidelines & tone are enforced
  • Oversee daily response management, escalation of complaints & inquiries, and brand sentiment monitoring
  • Keep consistently up to date with social and digital trends and share opportunities or red flags with clients & team
  • Supply reports using software for social platforms, including in-depth analytics and insights
  • Create and monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key objectives and growth targets for social
  • Manage and develop positive client relationships
  • Ensure high-quality, innovative, and on-time delivery of work
What you need to be great in this role:
  • Upto 2 years of experience in creative agency & community management for a key brand
  • Experience working with social media platforms
  • Experience in social media insights & analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • A keen interest in the latest digital trends
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player, open-minded, and non-political
  • Proven ability to communicate with junior to senior levels in the business
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player
