Job Title: Community ManagerDepartment: Marketing / Brand & Community
Reports to: CEO / Head of Brand
Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our audience-driven community, Koomunity . You will be responsible for developing strategies to foster strong relationships with followers, collaborators, and fans, while executing meaningful in-person and digital events. You'll work closely with Operations , Marketing , and Sales to ensure that the Koomunity reflects our brand values, drives loyalty, and creates business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Community Building & Engagement- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the Koomunity both online and offline.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers, creators, fans, and brand advocates.
- Manage and moderate community platforms (WhatsApp groups, Telegram, Discord, Facebook Groups, etc.).
Monitor conversations, respond to queries, and initiate engaging discussions.
Event Planning & Execution- Conceptualize, plan, and execute community-focused events such as:
Networking sessions
Masterclasses or workshops
Community meetups or overseas retreats
Soft launches and VIP previews - Coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage event RSVPs, follow-ups, and post-event feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Liaise with Operations to ensure smooth execution of event logistics and internal processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing on content creation, promotion plans, and brand alignment.
- Partner with Sales to design community experiences that support lead generation and client retention.
Reporting & Optimisation- Track engagement, attendance, and growth metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use community feedback to improve events, content, and experiences.
Recommended Requirements:- 2+ years in community management, event planning, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you're a natural connector.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
- Experience with event platforms, community tools, or CRM is a plus.
- Passionate about people, storytelling, and brand building.
