Nanyang Business School (NBS) is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support the development of the Community Immersion Programme (CIP), supported by the NBS30 Fund. The role will take ownership of assigned programme workstreams across local and overseas projects, working closely with students, faculty, alumni mentors, community partners, host universities and relevant NTU teams. The role combines programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, data management and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to the development and scaling of a new programme. The successful candidate will also leverage data, digital tools, automation and appropriate AI applications to enhance mentor matching, programme tracking, reporting and operational efficiency.
