Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to assess clients, plan and implement therapy, and educate families and teachers. The role involves multi-disciplinary collaboration and ongoing service quality improvement.

You will maintain documentation, monitor progress with outcome measures, and participate in training programs. Based at our Pasir Ris location, the position requires relevant degree and AHPC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Speech and Language Pathology or Therapy from a recognised university.
• Preferred Full Registration under AHPC or eligible for registration with AHPC.
• Strong communication and ability to work with clients, caregivers and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients to determine therapy interventions for basic cases.
• Formulate client-centred goals with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver therapy one-to-one, in groups or classrooms as needed.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in client information system.
• Liaise with parents and involve rehabilitation team in therapy plans.
• Identify risks and discharge plans based on progress.
