Community Engagement Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Community Engagement

Reporting to the Manager, Community Engagement, you will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure sustainable finances in alignment with the mission of the Hospice.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing fundraising strategies
2. Maintaining and expanding the donor base
3. Building and nurturing relationships with donors
4. Collaborating with partners on event and programme positioning for publicity and collateral production
5. Supporting the development of the donor database

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent from a recognised institution
• Preferably experience in event organising/management
• Experience in healthcare or not-for-profit organisations is preferred
