Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Community Engagement Executive to strengthen and grow our community. This role focuses on fostering connections, driving engagement initiatives, coordinating impactful events, and managing an AI-augmented knowledge ecosystem.

The successful candidate will cultivate a collaborative culture, enhance cross-functional interactions, and ensure community members feel connected, informed, and supported.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in communications, business administration, event management, or related.
• Minimum of 2 years in community management, stakeholder engagement, employee engagement, communications, or event coordination.
• Experience planning and managing events, workshops, forums, or engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive community culture.
• Act as a key contact point for community members and encourage cross-team connections.
• Gather feedback and insights through surveys, engagement activities, and regular interactions.
• Recommend and implement initiatives that strengthen engagement and collaboration.
• Plan and coordinate community events, forums, and engagement activities.
• Support the delivery of leadership and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experiences.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and curate the community knowledge base to ensure content remains relevant and accessible.
• Review and refine AI-generated summaries, meeting notes, and knowledge articles.
• Identify content gaps and work with stakeholders to improve knowledge sharing.
• Enhance content organisation, searchability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
