Job Responsibilities :

• Design user journeys and set up CRM campaigns to engage the community.
• Manage and maintain accurate community data for effective outreach.
• Analyze data to improve campaign strategies and engagement outcomes.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives, including events and community outreach.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3–4 yearsof experience, preferably in a CRM role and within government or enterprise environments
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
• Strong data analysis skills to optimize campaigns.
• Good interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working location : Alexandra (Nearest MRT station : Labrador)

Salary range : S$5,000.0 to S$5,800.00
