A leading community services organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate for volunteer management responsibilities. You'll recruit, train, and retain volunteers while leading community initiatives and developing leadership programmes. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in community engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
What you'll be doing
Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for the centers
Implement and monitor volunteer policies and procedures
Develop and lead the volunteer leadership programmes
Organise volunteer engagement, recognition, and outreach activities
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on volunteer and community initiatives
Build partnerships with schools, corporates, and external organisations
Support community engagement events, fundraising, and donor relations
Maintain and update volunteer and stakeholder databases
Monitor budgets and prepare reports for programmes and meetings
What we're looking for
Certificate/ Nitec in Community & Social Services or relevant qualifications
Similar working experience in community engagement or volunteer management is preferred
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic data tracking
