Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated dietitian to join us as a Community Dietitian within SingHealth Regional Health System. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on population health through integrated community care. The successful candidate will deliver dietetic services to diverse community groups while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community partners. They will contribute to spearhead the development, implementation, and evaluation of community nutrition programmes, creating innovative resources and engaging activities. This role also involves public education, training community care providers, and supporting national health initiatives such as Healthier SG and EatWise SG.

Your scope includes:

  • Delivering personalised nutrition care and education to patients in community hospitals and residents in the community
  • Participating in team-based care delivery
  • Designing and conducting community health workshops and outreach programmes
  • Creating self-management resources for residents
  • Implementing digital-first nutrition care through virtual consultations and digital empowerment
  • Contributing to population health research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with primary care providers, community nurses, and other health professionals in the community
  • Supporting community initiatives implementation within SingHealth Regional Health System

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degreeDegree in Dietetics or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Community nutrition / population heath experiences preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with Canva and video editing software is advantageous.
