Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a passionate Community Dietitian to deliver nutrition care across hospital and community settings, drive population health initiatives, and collaborate with primary care and community partners.

You will develop, implement, and evaluate community nutrition programmes, provide public education, training for care providers, and support national Healthier SG and EatWise SG campaigns through digital-first approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised nutrition care to patients in hospital and residents in the community.
• Participate in team-based care delivery.
• Design and conduct community health workshops and outreach programmes.
• Create self-management resources for residents.
• Implement digital-first nutrition care via virtual consultations.
• Contribute to population health research and quality improvement.
