Community, Communications & Engagement Manager (Product & Technology)
    As the Community, Communications & Engagement Manager (Product & Technology) at Bentley Systems, you will be responsible for leading the engagement and expert communities within the Product, Technology, and UX organization. Your primary focus will be to nurture and grow expert-led Communities of Practice, ensuring their smooth operation and maximizing engagement. You will report to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CTO.Your role will involve facilitating expert community leaders, streamlining community tools and processes, creating sustainable content and frameworks, conducting competitive analysis, and collaborating with various teams to foster staff participation. You will also be responsible for internal communications, events, and all-hands calls, ensuring alignment and synchronization across functions.Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate expert Community leaders to deliver impactful content and manage administrative tasks.- Streamline and improve Community tools and processes for a seamless user experience.- Create sustainable content, guidelines, and frameworks to support growing Communities.- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain a leading-edge community engagement strategy.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster staff participation.- Expand the Community strategy to engage both external experts and internal colleagues.- Research newsworthy items across the organization and maintain internal sources of content.- Draft and proof communications for Senior leaders in various formats.- Plan and maintain a calendar of regular communications, events, and all-hands calls.- Collect feedback to address employee sentiment and align with peers across Bentley.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in a software environment, including enterprise B2B SaaS.- 3-5 years of building communities in product or technology settings.- Experience in product-led software organizations.- Proficiency in public speaking, content development, and event facilitation.- Strong network across diverse communities and social media platforms.- Ability to manage complex community management situations with humility and tact.- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.What We Offer:- A supportive team and inclusive culture.- An exciting career with a world-leading software company in architecture, engineering, and construction.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Commitment to inclusion, colleague wellbeing, and global initiatives.- Opportunity to contribute to advancing the world's infrastructure for a more sustainable future.Join Bentley Systems, where your contributions help build a more sustainable, connected, and resilient world through innovative software solutions.
