Role
  • To conduct hearing screening and assessments, assist Audiologists in performing objective tests and provide (re)habilitative services to hearing impaired patients.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessment of individuals with hearing problems.
  • Perform hearing screening, hearing tests, subjective and objective hearing assessments.
Conduct Patient Related Work
  • Triage and refer patients to ENT doctors.
  • Communicate with patients on appointments and referrals.
  • Help to troubleshoot hearing devices.
  • Ensure daily and weekly statistics of patients seen at the audiology clinic are maintained.
  • Involve in the logistical work regarding administrative aspects of audiology such as for hearing aids, ordering and repairs, stock check, invoice verification etc. to help check on retail sales of hearing aid and cochlear implant accessories.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by Manager and/or Director.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma in Health Science, Electronics, Engineering, Biomedical or related fields.
  • This position is sited in the Tiong Bahru Community Clinic.
