The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations.
• We are looking for a Community and Marketing Manager.
• The role will start out as a contract.
• Candidates who are immediately available/able to start work within short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

• Proven experience in marketing, events, or community engagement, especially in the tech/startup space.
• Strong understanding of the Korean startup ecosystem will be a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Independent, proactive, and passionate about technology and innovation.
• Experience working with agencies.
• Hands-on with program management/coordination.

Job Description

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns and events targeting startups and tech communities.
• Foster relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
• Conduct user research to inform program design and outreach.
• Manage and coordinate projects/events with cross-functional teams.
