Job description

Our client is in the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:
  1. Develop and produce compelling communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and investor updates.
  2. Craft clear and engaging internal communications to keep staff informed and motivated.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, staff, and investors to facilitate open communication.
  2. Act as a point of contact for inquiries and feedback from all stakeholders.
Social Media Management:
  1. Manage social media channels, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
  2. Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries, fostering a positive online presence.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to develop communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  4. Identify opportunities for enhancing communication effectiveness across all channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in communications, preferably with a background in journalism.
  2. Excellent command of English and strong language skills; additional languages are a plus.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  4. Creative mindset with a willingness to explore innovative communication methods.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
