Communications Manager (HealthCare)

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and manage a calendar of events for Service Operations.

• Develop and maintain key messaging for initiatives.

• Oversee internal communication channels (intranet, digital displays, service collaterals).

• Serve as the custodian of Service Ops Corporate Identity and web content.

• Craft service success stories and coordinate award submissions.

• Measure and refine communication strategies based on staff feedback & KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in communications (healthcare experience preferred).
Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Ability to lead employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced hospital setting.
A strategic thinker with a creative and innovative approach to communications.
