Job summary

We. Communications (Singapore & Malaysia) is seeking curious, driven interns for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.

This hands-on internship exposes you to integrated communications across PR, social, digital, campaigns, and content from day one, with real client work. You will learn from experienced practitioners, develop the instincts that set you up for a strong start to your career, and demonstrate curiosity, learning drive, and willingness to do the work.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Arts, Film, Media Production, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of PR, earned media, and social media
• Strong written and verbal English with attention to detail
• Hands-on familiarity with social media platforms
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow
• Highly organized and collaborative, able to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Support client experience by understanding audiences, pressures, and ambitions
• Assist with project delivery across PR and digital workstreams and prepare updates
• Develop instinct for spotting opportunities and challenges early
• Learn media monitoring, write pitches, press releases, and briefs
• Support integrated campaigns across earned media and digital channels
• Assist with production of visual/video content using Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools
• Stay curious about trends across major platforms and industries
• Explore AI tools to draft sharper content and improve workflows
