Job summary

Ostrum Asset Management is offering a 6-month internship for a Communications Officer based in Paris. You will support internal and digital communication, participate in events, assist in projects, and design visual materials under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The role requires a BAC+4/5 student in Communication/Marketing, strong Office and graphic design skills, excellent English, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• As a BAC+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Communication, Marketing or related fields.
• You are familiar with the Office package as well as graphic design tools to design quality visual materials.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are distinguished by your ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• You demonstrate great rigor in carrying out your daily tasks.
• You appreciate helping each other and sharing ideas, demonstrating real adaptability.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Internal communication: support for all internal communication actions, integration and posting of publications on the intranet to boost information among employees.
• Digital communication: Contribution to the animation and updating of website content, active contribution to the website redesign project.
• Event: Participation in the practical and logistical organization of events.
• Support for communication projects: Daily support of the team in the deployment of communication actions, restructuring, updating and harmonization of the photo library and institutional biographies.
• Graphics: Design and graphic presentation of communication materials.
