• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.

• Draft and edit internal communications (emails, intranet articles, newsletters) and external content (LinkedIn posts, press blurbs, marketing copy).
• Assist in developing stories that spotlight our people, projects, and purpose.
• Support logistics and content planning for events and campaigns.
• Help with multimedia production (video shoots, photo selections, basic edits, transcripts).
• Monitor and compile content performance or engagement metrics.
• Participate in team brainstorms and help bring fresh ideas to life.
