    Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.About Dementia India Alliance (DIA)Dementia India Alliance (DIA) is a national non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life for persons living with dementia and their caregivers. Through advocacy, awareness, research, and community support, DIA aims to create a dementia-friendly India. We work closely with policymakers, healthcare professionals, organizations, and the public to drive systemic change and promote dementia care initiatives across the country.To strengthen our impact, we are looking for a dynamic Communication Executive to lead and execute our communication strategies, ensuring effective outreach and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan across multiple platforms, including social media, press, and stakeholder engagement. Align communication efforts with DIAs mission and objectives to enhance visibility and impact.Social Media & Digital Outreach Manage and grow DIAs social media presence by creating and curating engaging content on dementia awareness and advocacy. Develop innovative campaigns, posts, blogs, and infographics to increase public awareness and engagement. Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and optimize content for better reach.Media & Public Relations Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers to enhance DIAs media presence. Draft and distribute press releases, media briefs, and op-eds on dementia-related issues and events. Coordinate media coverage for DIAs programs, campaigns, and conferences.Content Development Create compelling newsletters, brochures, reports, and blog articles that reflect DIAs work and impact. Develop content for email campaigns, donor communications, and stakeholder engagement.Event Promotion & Coordination Support communication efforts for DIAs awareness programs, workshops, and fundraising events. Develop event-specific communication plans and promotional materials.Advocacy & Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and policymakers to promote dementia-friendly policies. Represent DIA in public forums, seminars, and advocacy discussions.Who Should Apply A passionate communicator with a strong interest in social impact and healthcare advocacy. Proficiency in content writing, social media management, and public relations. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex information into engaging content. Excellent command of English (spoken & written); knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
