Location: New Delhi

Reporting to: Communications Manager and Programme Lead

Purpose: To accelerate rooftop solar deployment by implementing innovative consumer awareness campaigns across three states, addressing biases and increasing access to low-cost capital. The role involves leading communication activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing campaigns and events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement communication strategies and campaigns in two states.
• Manage ongoing campaigns, including in Uttarakhand.
• Lead content creation and design for collateral, websites, and dashboards.
• Engage with external vendors, partners, and influencers to execute outreach activities.
• Organize events like dialogues, roundtables, and webinars, providing on-ground support.
• Coordinate media outreach and identify media opportunities.
• Create content for press releases, social media, videos, etc.
• Maintain consistency in messaging and adhere to CEEW's brand guidelines.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Explore new formats and platforms for research publicity and sustainability advocacy.
• Support outreach activities and special projects as needed.
• Supervise and mentor interns and outreach consultants.

Candidate Profile:

• Preferably a Masters/Bachelors in Strategic Communications, PR, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven stakeholder coordination and project management skills.
• Excellent writing, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
