Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Communications AM to join the public healthcare team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering engaging content across diverse platforms and audiences to showcase programme impact and outcomes.

You will translate complex healthcare topics into clear messages, support campaigns and media outreach, and collaborate with designers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and high-quality materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content across various platforms, including articles, newsletters, social media, presentations, speeches, and multimedia.
• Translate healthcare and population health topics into clear, relatable, and audience-friendly content.
• Develop storytelling content that showcases programme impact, partnerships, and community outcomes.
• Support the development and execution of communication campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Tailor communication materials for different audiences, including residents, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and staff updates.
• Support partner engagement initiatives, events, and outreach communications.
• Assist with media communications, including drafting media materials and monitoring media coverage.
• Coordinate communication projects and work with external vendors (e.g. designers, videographers) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and communication standards across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, branding, or related areas within the healthcare industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Good eye for visual design and experience developing digital or multimedia content.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
