Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of all publicity initiatives.

• Coordinate the review and distribution of marketing materials, including notices, posters, banners, and other promotional content.

• Maintain alignment among stakeholders by ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout publicity campaigns.

• Create engaging digital content for web posts, including writing, photography, and video editing, to enhance online presence.

• Support the planning and execution of key events and company functions, contributing to their overall success.

• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Administration.

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, showcasing relevant skills and accomplishments.

• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
