As a Communication and Content Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, editing, and managing various types of correspondence, including formal letters, memos, and client communications. You will play a key role in representing the voice of the company through written communication and ensuring all messaging aligns with our brand voice and values.Key Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and proofread formal letters, business communications, memos, reports, and other written materials. Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and effective in conveying the intended message to the target audience. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy in all written communications. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and language across all written correspondence. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the development of communication templates for various business needs. Ensure all communications align with company policies, branding, and legal guidelines. Support other communication efforts, such as social media posts, press releases, and marketing materials when required.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing style based on audience and context. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email management software. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong editing and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
