Lead the Brew-tiful Experience at Common Man Coffee Roasters

At Common Man Coffee Roasters, we don’t just serve coffee — we live and breathe it. As one of Singapore’s trailblazing specialty coffee brands, CMCR is known for its dedication to quality brews, all-day brunch, warm hospitality, and a team culture that’s grounded, passionate, and purpose-driven.

We’re looking for a Service Captain who thrives in fast-paced café environments, loves the buzz of weekend brunch crowds, and brings leadership, charm, and a true hospitality heart to the floor. If you can pair a perfect V60 with a great guest experience, let’s talk.

Location:

  • CMCR Martin Road
  • CMCR Joo Chiat

Schedule:

  • 44 hours/week | 5-day work week
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Take the lead on floor operations, ensuring seamless service from first flat white to last pour-over.
  • Guide and mentor the service team to deliver consistent, guest-centric hospitality.
  • Recommend and pair coffees, cocktails, and wines confidently — elevating the guest experience.
  • Be the bridge between the barista bar, kitchen, and guests — ensuring speed, accuracy, and smiles.
  • Manage bookings and walk-ins to maximise flow during peak brunch rushes and weekday lulls.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and service-ready environment.
