Customer Development and Relationship Management:
Develop and expand the customer base for coal imports in key downstream markets including Vietnam, the United States, Japan, and South Korea.
Actively engage with potential clients in these regions, identifying their coal needs and offering tailored solutions.
Build long-term relationships with customers, providing them with high-quality service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in coal imports and downstream demand across target countries.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and optimizing existing market presence.
Sales and Negotiation:
Lead negotiations for coal import contracts with suppliers and customers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of coal imports and customer deliveries.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in any discipline.
5+ years of work experience, familiar with coal import channels, resources, and downstream sales terminals, with the ability to independently develop customers.
Fluent in English, strong communication and negotiation skills, teamwork spirit, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle high work pressure.
Experience in coal import business at large international trade enterprises is preferred.
