Commissioning Engineer (Control solutions for power generations / PLC)

• 5 days work week

• Location: West (Required to be reporting to office & sites)

• Industry: Control solutions for power automation eg. generator/genset

Job Scope:

• Lead on-site commissioning of advanced load sharing, load shedding, and switchgear control systems — both onshore and offshore.

• Interface directly with SCADA, EMS, PMS, AMS, and other mission-critical systems.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits to customers across Southeast Asia.

• Deliver customized technical trainings and empower our customers with knowledge on our cutting-edge solutions.

• Work hand-in-hand with our sales team and offer deep technical expertise during solution presentations and evaluations.

• Collaborate with global R&D and marketing teams — your feedback helps shape the future of our technology!

• Assist in project solution design reviews, including AutoCAD schematics and component integration.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in commissioning, technical support, or application engineering.

• Solid working knowledge of: Power systems, generators, engines, switchgear, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for problem-solving under pressure.

• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally support over weekends (compensated with allowance or off-in-lieu).
