Payroll processing: Upload accurate reports into the commission system for bi-weekly advisor payments, ensuring timely and precise compensation.

Advisor support: Address queries from advisors regarding commission calculations, providing clear explanations and resolving any discrepancies.

Financial management: Handle the firm's monthly cashflow, including invoice collection and collaboration with external accountants to prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
