Our pastry team is integral to the dining experience, offering opportunities to explore artistry through pastry and dessert creations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and stock the pastry/dessert station with necessary supplies.
  2. Perform daily mise en place, prepare for service, and maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
  3. Manage the pastry/dessert section alongside the Pastry Chef.
  4. Order, receive, and store items properly, minimizing food waste.
  5. Perform all other delegated tasks.
