Job summary

CRESCENDO HR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a COMMIS COOK 3 to work a split shift from 7.30am to 7.30pm, 6 days a week. The role requires weekend, dinner time, and public holiday commitments, with a positive attitude and good communication with customers.

You will chop, slice, marinate and portion ingredients, assist senior chefs, maintain station cleanliness, manage stock, and ensure timely food preparation and serving while upholding hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years exp
• Must able to commit on weekend, dinner time and public holiday
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of communication with customer

Responsibilities

• Chop, slice, portion, and marinate ingredients according to recipes and senior chef instructions
• Station Support, help senior chefs
• Clean work tables, utensils, cutting boards, and cooking equipment after use to meet hygiene standards.
• Stock Management
• Ensure client' satisfaction
• Food preparation and serving customer
• Hygiene and maintain high level of cleanliness
