Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and present a diverse range of desserts and baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and confections, in accordance with company standards and specifications.
Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients required for daily production.
Perform cake icing and decoration with attention to detail and creativity.
Operate baking equipment, machinery, and tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all ingredients in compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill all orders on time and to standard.
Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef.
Ensure all cakes are frosted according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Collaborate effectively with team members to complete all production orders in a timely manner.

Operate baking machinery, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
Handle and store all ingredients properly, following strict sanitation and health regulations.
