Job description

Duties:

  1. Involve in food production, receive and prepare ingredients
  2. Ensure consistency in quality and standard of food
  3. Assist in handling daily recording of food wastage, temperature recording and receiving of raw ingredients, etc.
  4. Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards as well as the overall hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  5. Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management

Requirements:

  1. Able to work in a Central Kitchen environment (Mass Production, Freezer, Chiller, etc.)
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pastry production
  3. Able to work independently as well as in a team
