Ebb Central KitchenWe invite candidates with diverse skill sets to become part of our Central Kitchen Family, where we run various sections, including a hot catering kitchen, pastry and bakery, raw protein (meats and seafood), and green produce preparation. Situated in Tampines, our central kitchen plays a crucial role in ensuring the preparation and distribution of both perishable and non-perishable inventory for all the restaurants and concepts within the Ebb & Flow Group.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef in producing high-quality baked goods and pastries.
- Prepare ingredients and support the baking and pastry production for the central kitchen and affiliated brands.
- Laminate, and shape a variety of doughs including croissants, danishes, and other viennoiseries.
- Ensure consistent quality control in all stages of food production, including safe and hygienic preparation and storage of food items.
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized central kitchen.
Qualifications:- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be bold and possess a never-say-die attitude.
