Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking dedicated Commis / Kitchen Assistants to join our busy kitchen team across Sentosa and Orchard outlets. You'll support food preparation, maintain hygiene, and assist cooks to ensure smooth service.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a kitchen or related role and a hygiene course certification. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks during peak hours.

Overall Job Objectives:

• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and sanitize utensils at the end of each shift.
• Support the team by handling multiple food orders simultaneously and assisting with special arrangements or reservations as needed.
