Your role
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented and agile individual to join our Commercial Transformation & Business Development team for South-East Asia & Korea (SEAK), based in Singapore. In this exciting and strategic role, you will work closely with a wide array of departments and markets, to deliver tangible, impactful results that drive the overall success of the organization. Your contribution will be pivotal in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, shaping and executing effective commercial strategies to fuel revenue growth, enhance our market presence, and build long-term success.
As a key member of the team, you will not only focus on expanding the business but will also be instrumental in understanding market dynamics, uncovering potential growth areas, and lead cross functional commercial and transformation programs.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to develop effective commercial strategies across different categories of products and channels: Utilize data and insights to design tailored business strategies and action plans that resonate with diverse markets and channels in the SEAK Region.
- Lead and/or co-lead Cross-functional projects to co-create solutions that enhance our offerings and competitive positioning: Work alongside various Departments to identify areas for improvement, develop tools and solutions, and fine-tune existing services to grow the sales in the Region. Your collaborative mindset will help create synergies that enhance the value we provide to customers and stakeholders.
- Design and implement Action Plans to address gaps and optimize the use of resources across business activities: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in business processes and develop action plans to tackle them. Your ability to implement process improvements, streamline operations, and allocate resources efficiently will drive better performance and maximize the impact of all business activities.
- Work with SEAK Markets Stakeholders to localize Global initiatives: Act as a bridge between Global and Local stakeholders to facilitate the translation of Global initiatives into local relevant and impactful plans.
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or related field.
- Strong analytical, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Experience in eyewear, optical, and the medical industry would be a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholders management skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
