Job Purpose
Are you passionate about empowering sales teams through world-class training? We are seeking a Commercial Training Specialist to design and deliver skills-based training programs that enhance product knowledge, improve sales performance, and increase customer satisfaction across the APAC region.
In this role, you'll ensure our internal teams, dealer partners, and external stakeholders have the technical and commercial expertise needed to drive our business forward. We welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Design and deliver sales training (virtual workshops, presentations, hands-on sessions) for internal teams, dealers, and customers. Create and adapt training materials, manuals, and e-learning resources tailored to the APAC market. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align messaging and improve training based on feedback.
- Product Knowledge & Market Insight: Work with product marketing and business managers to ensure effective product positioning and selling. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and innovations to keep content current. Support new product launches with strategic training and market insights.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain training records and assessments in the LMS. Track progress and report on training impact and performance improvements.
Experience & Qualifications
- University degree in a technical (mechanical or electrical) or business field with strong product/industry knowledge.
- 3-5 years of technical, marketing, or field experience in agriculture, construction, or similar industries is preferred.
- Solid agricultural background with knowledge of agricultural practices and dealer sales business.
- Commercially focused, target-driven, with strong customer orientation and market insight.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing systems, and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office; experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Lectora, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate).
- Ability to design and deliver training for international audiences, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Well-organized with willingness to travel across the APAC region.
- Strong project management and customer service skills.
