Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced accountant to handle full sets of accounts for clients. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with a good knowledge of IFRS. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing accounts, and liaising with banks. This role offers a dynamic work environment with multiple accounting tasks to oversee.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts preferred.
• Experience managing multiple entities’ full sets of accounts & consolidation.
• Experience in professional firms is a plus.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and GST filing.
• Liaise with banks for clients' account management.

Job description

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients.

• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.

• Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.

• Responsible for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial report for management purposes.

• Prepare GST report and filing.

• Update cashflow report

• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.

• Preparation of XBRL submission

• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g. Form IR8A)

• Liaise with banks for the opening and closing of clients’ bank accounts.

• Other related accounting assignments

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts preferred.

• Must possess experience in managing multiple entities’ full sets of accounts & consolidation / prior

work experience in professional firms.

• Must know Debit & Credit well

• Good knowledge in IFRS

• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
