What you’ll do:

The Sales Project Manager will oversee the sales process for multiple product lines and projects in segments. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving business growth.

Project Management: Lead and manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market trends.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the utility segment, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics, project milestones, and deliverables, proposing improvements as needed.
Sales Training: Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
Sales Tools: Utilize CRM and other sales tools to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ Years related experience, proven experience in sales project management, preferably in the utility & industrial segment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
  • Transparent, On time communication
  • Strategic thinking skills with creativity
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus
