Role Overview

This pivotal role supports current and future SEA business goals through collaboration with regional strategic marketing and in-country business leaders to execute plans. Responsibilities include Commercial Operations, Distributor Management, Business Review, SIOP Process, Strategic Pricing, and Tender & B2B Management. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and distributors across SEA and CASAJ/GA regions to achieve expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Operations
  • Track launch KPIs and support markets in executing plans.
  • Review call activities and trends; conduct regular reviews with regional teams.
  • Analyze market trends, derive insights, and monitor sales KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards with Asia Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness, including lead and lag indicators.
Distributor Management
  • Manage distribution contract renewals, onboarding, and off-boarding.
  • Oversee distributor performance and project management.
  • Conduct warehouse gap assessments.
Business Review & SIOP
  • Lead monthly sales and operations meetings.
  • Support BRM with data collection and analysis on sales, deals, NPI, inventory, etc.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare commercial and financial data for decision-making.
  • Manage in-market sales data and monitor inventory levels, providing insights and recommendations.
Strategic Pricing
  • Promote pricing discipline within the organization.
  • Review internal metrics related to pricing.
Tender & B2B Management
  • Manage hospital tenders and B2B business across SEA.
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies for tenders and B2B growth.
  • Participate in projects like new business/product assimilation, tender analysis, and market share analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in industries like Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Health.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Growth mindset, learning agility, and team spirit.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, SFDC, Excel.
