World Fuel Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist (Korean Speaker) to support the Korea Customer Team within our Marine business. You will handle day-to-day operational tasks, communications, and deal execution to ensure timely and accurate processing.

You’ll prepare documentation, support contract administration, and generate Excel-based reports while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a customer support, commercial support, operations, or admin role.
• Experience in marine/shipping/trading/energy/oil industry is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide commercial operations support for the Korea Customer Team and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Prepare and issue sales confirmations and related documentation; assist with contract administration and filing.
• Extract and compile operational data; prepare Excel-based reports and performance statistics; track metrics and support process improvements.
• Act as key liaison for Korean-speaking customers and internal stakeholders; foster relationships across commercial, operations and administration teams.
