About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Operations Lead to take full ownership of business operations across the APAC region . This role plays a critical part in driving platform growth, user engagement, and monetization strategies across diverse markets. The successful candidate will be an expert in regional operations, user lifecycle management, and product-led growth, with strong data and stakeholder management capabilities.


Job Responsibility

Business Operations Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and implementation of the APAC business operations framework
  • Build scalable operational systems to support platform growth and enhance user conversion across core markets

User Growth & User Retention

  • Develop localized user acquisition and retention strategies tailored to specific APAC countries
  • Understand trader behavior and collaborate with User Growth Team and Global Marketing Teams to design effective incentive programs, campaigns, and improve the overall trading experience
  • Work closely with IT and Product Teams to iterate and enhance core platform functions such as user onboard, deposit and withdrawal flows, and order execution

Data-Driven Strategy & Growth Analytics

  • Build and manage a comprehensive operational metrics and performance indicator system
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior, churn points, and transaction patterns to inform strategy
  • Leverage BI tools and data platforms to support operational decisions and improve growth efficiency

Marketing & Brand Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and market expansion efforts
  • Co-plan and execute localized marketing initiatives including online trading competitions, offline events (e.g. seminars), and co-branded promotional campaigns
  • Ensure alignment between operations, user growth, and brand strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 6–9 years of experience in business operations, product operations, or user growth, preferably in fintech, or trading platform environment
  • Prefer experience in channel operations and ecosystem management (such as agents, KOLs, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work with stakeholders across marketing, product, IT, and data teams
  • Data-savvy, with hands-on experience using BI tools and data platforms
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan
