Commercial Manager (ISO Tank)

This role focuses on driving new business development while managing and growing relationships with existing customers in the Southeast Asia market.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a leading ISO tank transportation company to recruit a Commercial Manager. This role emphasizes expanding business and maintaining customer relationships in Southeast Asia.

• Opportunity to travel
• Location: West
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
• Salary: up to $16,000 (AWS + VB)

The Job:

• Create a regional sales plan with clear objectives aligned with overall sales strategy.
• Identify opportunities to optimize services, address operational challenges, and explore new investments for sales growth.
• Acquire new customers and promote products and services through presentations and sales calls, in line with company policies.
• Manage the customer portfolio according to current company policies.
• Monitor expiring quotations and contracts, ensuring timely negotiations within guidelines.
• Recognize changes in customer demands and take proactive actions.
• Generate reports on RFQs and RFIs received, processed, and success rates.

The Talent:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in any field; experience in deep-sea and short-sea logistics is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
