Job description
- Position : Commercial Manager/Head of Sales (MUST BE FROM FMCG/Retail Industry)
- Location : Toh Guan Rd
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + Transport Claims + Variable Bonus + 18 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Wholesale Distribution in FMCG/Retail industry
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Regional Sales Plan: Create a plan aligned with the overall sales strategy for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, and Indonesia.
- Optimize Services and Operations: Identify opportunities to enhance sales and business expansion, and address operational challenges.
- Acquire New Customers: Promote company products and services through presentations and sales calls.
- Manage Customer Portfolio: Align with company policies and monitor expiring quotations and contracts.
- Monitor Customer Demands: Recognize shifts in customer demands and take proactive and corrective actions.
- Manage Marketing and Sales: Achieve sales and profit objectives for the portfolio, and manage marketing needs for company brands.
- Build Relationships with Key Principals: Ensure their objectives are met and establish good relationships.
- Plan Staffing Needs: Ensure good customer service and establish internal relationships.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide notice on inventory and A&P expenses needs to manage cash flow and inventory.
- Analyze Competitors and Position Products: Conduct regular analysis to inform the planning process.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma Holder
- Min 3 Years of relevant experience in FMCG/Retail Industry preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
