Commercial Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement commercial business plans to achieve company goals.
• Promote company values, objectives, and growth, and develop department personnel.
• Maintain discipline and cohesiveness in the team, and ensure effective communication.
• Manage business infrastructure, registration with relevant bodies, and maintain customer databases.
• Oversee Budget Management, including man-hour assignments, job planning, and ERP system updates.
• Ensure timely project documentation, service reports, and invoicing.
• Manage accounts receivables and overdue payments.
• Generate revenue forecasts in the absence of the Commercial Officer.
• Maintain marketing tools, develop customer loyalty, and explore new business opportunities.
• Comply with risk assessment responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience, including business division management and costing.
• Experience in system management and ISO Management Standards auditing is an advantage (certification not required).
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to manage by objectives.
