A leading company in testing, inspection, and certification is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive sales in Geotechnical Instrumentation and related services. The role involves managing contracts, exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective operations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in client-facing roles within the construction industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
The Commercial Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. And managing contracts (claims) for project secured. Reporting directly to the Asia Sales Director and functional reporting to the General Manager, the Commercial manager is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. The role is expected to exercise appropriate leadership to maximize team effectiveness working seamlessly with Business Development, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Lead, Operational and Leadership teams.
This role is based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore.
