Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Determine regularly, in collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager (SMO), the loading of different services in the depot and identify load gaps.
- Develop and implement a sales plan targeting both existing and new customers, considering depot loading, margin situations, customer and market demands, and the depot's USPs.
- Assist the SMO in evaluating and expanding the customer portfolio.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and proactively offer value-added solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing customers, serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Develop tools to measure customer satisfaction and establish common SLAs/KPIs to demonstrate cotac’s performance.
- Lead price negotiations, understand market pricing structures, and define pricing strategies.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to customer inquiries, including offer submissions and follow-ups, in coordination with SMO and Customer Service teams.
- Establish and maintain a sales reporting structure.
- Define and achieve sales targets aligned with the sales budget.
- Support the budgeting process using sales insights, customer growth data, and the need for new services.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Review and analyze contract documents to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor contract compliance and resolve issues or disputes as they arise.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the business.
- Provide market intelligence insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to customers.
