Job summary

nusabase digital pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a commercially minded Project Manager to oversee project delivery, customer coordination, budgets, contractual commitments and acceptance milestones for technology-related projects.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams across business, presales, IT operations and finance to translate requirements into clear scope and timelines, monitor costs, approvals and payments, and ensure delivery outcomes meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3–5 years or more of project management experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing or AI platforms preferred.
• Understanding of contracts, quotations, budgets, costs, collections and milestones.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into project scope and timelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle ensuring scope, schedule, budget and acceptance criteria align.
• Serve as the main project and commercial contact for customers.
• Track quotations, orders, project costs, payment terms, collections and milestones.
• Manage scope changes and change orders and assess impact on cost and delivery.
• Coordinate with business, presales, technical, procurement, finance and supplier teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and accelerate issue resolution.
• Prepare status reports and coordinate acceptance and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure commercial objectives and delivery outcomes remain aligned.
