JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Source and compare insurance quotes for marine cargo, freight forwarding, and public liability policies based on client needs.
2. Manage policy renewals, review coverage, and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
3. Assist clients with insurance claims, ensuring smooth processing and clear guidance on documentation.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and insurance providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in Commercial General Insurance, especially marine cargo, freight forwarding, and public liability.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
