THE COMPANY

Our client is a European MNC in the Luxury Retail industry, with strong global presence. They are looking for a Commercial FP&A Analyst to join their team in Singapore, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies
• Support investment proposals and new business models, identifying risks and opportunities
• Collaborate in the development and execution of commercial strategies
• Monitor financial results against budgets, forecasts, and prior year performance
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with internal teams to deliver timely, insightful financial reporting
• Provide financial insights to support critical business decisions
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and reporting practices
• Enhance existing financial systems and contribute to the development of new tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ideally with a professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury or retail industries.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling; experience with ERP/accounting systems required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP BPC & BI experience is a bonus.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling abilities.
• Good understanding of commercial operations and strategic thinking.
